5 Things You May Not Know About Emery Gate Shopping Centre.

As we stride into the lively month of May, we're excited to delve deeper into what makes Emery Gate Shopping Centre truly special. Here are five things you might not know about Emery Gate Shopping Centre.

Blue Badge Parking

Were you aware that at our centre, we provide designated blue badge parking spaces? This allows blue badge holders to park conveniently, at no cost and closer to the centre for their ease and comfort.

3 Entrances

Access to the centre is incredibly easy, with multiple entry points available. You can enter through our main entrance located off the main street, another entrance towards the back in the car park, or utilise the easily accessible back entrance from the train station. This ensures a hassle-free arrival, no matter which direction you're coming from; making Emery Gate Shopping Centre effortlessly accessible.

Easily Accessible Toilets

Unlike some centres that lack toilet facilities, Emery Gate is fortunate to have its own convenient restrooms. You can find them situated between Grape Tree and Kandu Arts. Our facilities include separate areas for males, females, and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, our disabled toilets double as family rooms, providing parents with a space for changing nappies.

Cleanliness is a priority and our restrooms are checked hourly by male cleaning staff.

Journey From Bus Station by foot

Take a leisurely stroll from Chippenham bus station to Emery Gate Shopping Centre, meandering through our charming town. Upon arrival, enter the shopping centre through the main entrance, where you'll be greeted by our distinctive signage and eye-catching black circular stickers.

As you wander through the centre, you'll discover a variety of shops leading towards the rear entrance and car park, offering a delightful shopping experience from start to finish.

Journey From Train Station by foot

Embark on a brief stroll from the train station, passing by the leisure centre and college, and eventually crossing a quaint bridge over a picturesque river.

Ahead, you'll encounter a serene green area, with our rear entrance prominently in view. Through the double doors you’ll see in front of you, you'll arrive at a set of stairs leading directly into the centre, right beside the toilet.

A Touch of Local.

Chippenham's lively street markets burst with colour and activity every Friday and Saturday along the High Street, boasting a diverse array of both traditional and contemporary stalls. If you're planning a visit to the local market, why not swing by Emery Gate to fulfil any additional needs you may have?

We take pride in being an integral part of this vibrant market town and in supporting our tenants within the centre. We extend a warm welcome to you and hope you thoroughly enjoy your visit with us next time you’re in Chippenham.
